Affordable Student Housing on The Hill
Welcome to NINE0NINE14TH, a one-of-a-kind student housing community. Our location in the heart of The Hill is perfect for students at University of Colorado in Boulder, just a few blocks from campus and steps away from shopping, dining and Hill life. It’s the ultimate in comfort, convenience, and community.
Resident rooms come in multiple sizes, all freshly painted and carpeted, to fit your individual needs and budget. Each floor has clean and contemporary common areas, all remodeled and refurbished since 2015. The bathrooms are fully tiled, the kitchens include locked cabinets for each tenant, and the lounges have TVs and gaming consoles. The study lounge on the second floor has plenty of desks and study spaces, and the third floor lounge is getting a fitness room in the spring of 2023. Each floor has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The three-story building is home to the Chabad Student Center on the ground floor, and has two floors of housing above it. The building is secured and accessed by fobs, and there is a parking lot available to tenants, providing peace of mind and security. An on-site property manager ensures that the building is well-maintained, and a cleaning crew deep-cleans all common areas once a week.
Kitchens
Completely renovated in 2015 and feature granite counters, stainless appliances, IKEA cabinetry and glass tile backsplashes. Each kitchen has multiple fridge/freezers, dishwashers, space saver microwaves and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Each resident is also assigned one spacious and lockable food locker.
Study Room
The study room was completed in January of 2018 and features all-new desks and comfortable seating, providing residents with a quiet space for homework and study.
Lounges
The newly-furnished boys’ lounge has a large-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
The girls’ lounge just received a complete make-over! The modern décor is clean and airy, and features couches, a large-screen TV, ping-pong table and an open area perfect for yoga and exercise.
